Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled YouTube Specialist to grow our channel's subscriptions, increase views, and actively engage Youtube Community .

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to boost subscribers and views.

Optimize video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for better reach.

Engage with the audience through comments and Youtube community interactions.

Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy.

Collaborate with content creators for quality video production.

Requirements:

Proven experience in growing YouTube channels.

Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics.

Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work during specified night shift.(6pm-2am mon-sat)
