Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager - HR to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working in diverse educational environments and is eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures across both institutions
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and staff development programs
  • Handle conflict resolution, employee engagement, and retention strategies
  • Ensure legal compliance and manage HR documentation
  • Advise leadership on organizational structure and talent planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the education or service industry
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
