Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties including office coordination, documentation, filing, and record keeping
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and basic facility management tasks
  • Assist the HR department
  • Support payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management
  • Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, and internal communications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative and HR support roles
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Age limit: Not more than 35 years
