Prime Tele Power Solution is looking for a dynamic and experienced
Manager (HR & Admin)
to manage and oversee all human resources and administrative functions under a unified role for our Islamabad office. The position requires a hands-on professional who can support organizational growth by ensuring effective people management, compliance, and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities (HR & Admin)
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR & Admin policies, procedures, and systems in line with company objectives and applicable labor laws
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes
- Oversee employee performance management, appraisals, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws and internal company policies
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations including office facilities, vendors, assets, and inventory
- Supervise administrative and support staff
- Handle office budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations related to HR & Admin functions
- Ensure a safe, organized, and professional working environment
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to support a positive workplace culture
Qualifications & Experience
- BBA, MBA, or Post-Graduation in HR, Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum
05 years of relevant experience
in HR & Admin functions - Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
