Job Overview

Join ABS International as an International Customer Support Specialist for our global BPO operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, building strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide top-tier customer support to global clients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Promote company products/services using a consultative approach to international audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues.
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics to maximize monthly incentives.
  • Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and coaching .

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1+ years of international customer support experience (BPO/call center background preferred).
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal/written) at C1 level or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • Availability for night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT).
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others .
