Location: Johar, Karachi (Near Darul Sehat Hospital) - On-site

Schedule: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT), Monday - Saturday

Compensation & Earnings Potential

Base Salary: PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000 per month

Performance Incentives: PKR 20,000 - PKR 30,000+ monthly (based on achievable metrics)

Punctuality Allowance: PKR 3,000 monthly for perfect attendance

Estimated Total Compensation: PKR 63,000 - PKR 78,000 monthly

Role Overview

ABS International seeks experienced international voice process professionals for our Karachi call center. This customer support specialist role focuses on delivering exceptional service through inbound and outbound international calls. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets for call quality and resolution metrics
• Resolve customer issues effectively during initial calls whenever possible
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients through effective communication
• Promote company products and services to enhance customer retention and revenue growth
• Document call details accurately in customer relationship management systems
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall performance
• Maintain adherence to call scripts and escalation procedures for consistency

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of international call center experience (BPO/voice process/customer support)
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal C1 level or equivalent) - clear speech and excellent comprehension
• Comfort working night shift schedules (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills
• Capability to multitask effectively while maintaining call quality
• Reliable on-site attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in night shift .
• Technical proficiency with customer service software and communication tools
