Summary:
We are urgently hiring Customer Support Executives (CSE) for our voice process domain. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle queries and resolve issues efficiently during night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and issues, providing accurate information and effective resolutions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Log customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a voice process or customer support role is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
