We've worked on enterprise systems, healthcare solutions, fintech products, and high-performance social apps. Now, we're looking to scale beyond referral-based projects by building a strong business development pipeline.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
to help us grow by generating qualified leads, securing projects, and building long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our presence internationally.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and partnerships.
- Pitch Tekulse's services and solutions effectively to decision-makers.
- Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies and consultants abroad.
- Maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT/software sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or Clutch.
- Ability to work independently with results-driven mindset.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, .NET, Angular, and React.
