About:

Innowi empowers restaurants to easily scale their businesses, diversify revenue streams, and provide a better customer experience - with the help of our complete restaurant management solution through our Kiosk, QR Code Ordering, Online Ordering, Restaurant POS, KDS, Admin app, Marketing & Rewards, Reporting & Analytics, Employee Management, and much more

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction: Regularly track customer satisfaction through surveys, feedback forms, and direct communication, and report findings to relevant teams.

  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. Work closely with product and support teams to address any concerns.

  • Customer Onboarding & Support: Assist new customers with onboarding and provide guidance to help them maximize the value of our product or service.

  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers by regularly checking in, understanding their needs, andthe helping them achieve success with our offerings.

  • Escalate Issues: Proactively identify potential problems and escalate issues to appropriate departments to ensure quick resolution.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that customer insights are shared across departments to inform product improvements and strategy.

  • Retention & Renewal: Collaborate with the sales team to help drive customer retention and renewals, ensuring customers are satisfied and see the value in continued partnerships.

  • Reporting:Create and deliver regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics, feedback, and trends.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2-5 Years of experience required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

Gulberg 3, Lahore

Timings:

9pm- 6am (Night Shift)
