Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Customer Satisfaction: Regularly track customer satisfaction through surveys, feedback forms, and direct communication, and report findings to relevant teams.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. Work closely with product and support teams to address any concerns.
Customer Onboarding & Support: Assist new customers with onboarding and provide guidance to help them maximize the value of our product or service.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers by regularly checking in, understanding their needs, andthe helping them achieve success with our offerings.
Escalate Issues: Proactively identify potential problems and escalate issues to appropriate departments to ensure quick resolution.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that customer insights are shared across departments to inform product improvements and strategy.
Retention & Renewal: Collaborate with the sales team to help drive customer retention and renewals, ensuring customers are satisfied and see the value in continued partnerships.
Reporting:Create and deliver regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics, feedback, and trends.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 Years of experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
