Job Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Timely and correct preparation of GDs and fund demands to customers
  • Daily coordination with customers, providing updates, and sending status reports
  • Ensuring customer retention and repeat orders
  • Coordination with RIL branches for timely support and documentation
  • Supervising and training directly reporting staff
  • Supporting sales and accounts departments as required
  • Timely recovery of RIL bills; avoiding deductions; obtaining and submitting tax challans; reconciling accounts monthly
  • Coordination with operational staff
  • Processing security refunds from Karachi CSD

Qualification: Bachelor's in Supply Chain/ International Relations/ International Trade Management (should be complete).
