Position Overview
As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining, and expanding relationships with key clients, and implementing effective sales strategies. This role is suited for an ambitious, self-driven professional eager to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning:
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Track market developments and monitor competitor activities to refine strategy.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Proactively address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and follow-up activities.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage accounts, and optimize performance.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to leadership.
Support Activities:
- Assist in preparing impactful sales proposals and client presentations.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and innovations.
- Contribute ideas for improving sales processes and team effectiveness.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates should possess three (3) years of relevant sales experience. Preference will be given to those who have previously worked in the LED lighting, wiring, or related electrical industries.
- Demonstrated success in corporate sales or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
