Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Night Shift)

  • Shift A: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT
  • Shift B: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM PKT

Role Summary

Provide premium customer assistance to global clients during night operations at our Karachi facility. Secured transportation available for female employees near Block 13C.

Primary Duties

  • Address international customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Develop client relationships to improve retention and service standards
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Maintain 90%+ accuracy in CRM record keeping

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience (global clients advantageous)
  • Professional English proficiency: spoken and written (C1 standard)
  • Availability for night shift schedules (Shift A or B)
  • CRM platform experience (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
