Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive / Investment Advisor located in Karachi. The Sales Executive / Investment Advisor will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, advising clients on investment opportunities, and closing sales. Additional tasks include conducting market research, maintaining knowledge of real estate market trends, and making presentations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience and ability to close deals
  • Strong understanding of investment principles and real estate market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate market is a plus
