Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Manage front desk duties and provide support as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Intermediate ++.
  • Resident of Islamabad.
  • Expertise in Social Media.
