Responsibilities
l Identify new business opportunities in construction, renovation, and related sectors.
l Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and client base.
l Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and customer needs.
l Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
l Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
l Ensure client satisfaction by aligning project outcomes with expectations.
l Prepare and present proposals, bids, and quotations for projects.
l Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth of the organisation.
l Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align business goals with project execution.
l Support the tendering/bidding process by collaborating with estimation and technical teams.
l Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
l Work with the marketing team to promote services through digital and traditional channels.
l Develop case studies, project portfolios, and client testimonials to strengthen brand credibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in any subject.
10+ years of professional experience
in marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English communication)
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Leadership potential and client-handling skills
Interest in marketing and business development activities
