About the Role
OOP Technologies is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Chat & Email Support Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and a strong commitment to providing top-quality customer service. This role is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 8 months of experience in customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and issues promptly through email support.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer concerns.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 8 months of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat/email tools.
Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
