Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven Junior Recruiter to become part of our HR team. In this role, you'll manage the complete recruitment process — from identifying potential candidates to facilitating a smooth onboarding experience. While previous experience in technical hiring is a plus, we also encourage motivated individuals eager to build a career in talent acquisition to apply.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates for both technical and specialized roles through multiple platforms such as job portals, professional networks, and social media.
  • Review and screen incoming resumes to create shortlists that align with job requirements and qualifications.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of position requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Arrange and manage interview schedules between applicants and internal teams.
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with candidates throughout each stage of the hiring process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical).
  • Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing methods, hiring strategies, and market trends in recruitment.
  • Capability to interpret technical job descriptions and match them with suitable candidate skill sets effectively.
