Customer Support / Recovery Agent
to join our dynamic
CSD Department
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, managing customer queries, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while upholding the company's professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Follow up with clients on due or delayed payments and maintain detailed recovery records.
  • Coordinate with the finance and sales teams for customer account updates and payment reconciliations.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions and courteous service.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on recovery status and communication logs.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in customer support or recovery roles within a
    real estate development company
    .

Skills:

  • Excellent
    communication and negotiation skills
    .
  • Strong follow-up abilities and customer handling experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
