We are looking for a Roti Maker to join our kitchen team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing fresh rotis, parathas, and other traditional breads, while maintaining hygiene and consistency in quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fresh rotis, chapatis, parathas, and related items on a daily basis.
  • Ensure dough preparation is done in proper quantity and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of utensils, cooking area, and storage.
  • Assist kitchen staff with additional cooking and meal preparation when required.
  • Manage ingredients stock related to roti preparation (atta, oil, ghee, etc.).
  • Ensure timely delivery of food items during lunch, dinner, and tea breaks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a roti maker or in kitchen work.
  • Ability to handle tandoor, hot plates, or chapati .
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in a canteen, mess, restaurant, or catering service is a plus.
