Role and Responsibilities:

We are a fast-growing software agency looking for a Founding Head of Business Development to own revenue end-to-end.
This is not a bidding-only role

. You will act as the face of the company—consulting clients, shaping technical solutions, and closing high-ticket international deals.

What You'll Do:

  • Consult clients on business goals and translate vague ideas into clear technical solutions (MVPs, web, mobile, PWAs)
  • Generate revenue through Upwork/Toptal, LinkedIn outreach, and partnerships
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Close $5k–$50k+ deals with US/UK/EU clients

Who You Are

  • 5+ years

in IT/software services sales
- Strong understanding of SDLC, web & mobile development
- Excellent proposal writing and deal-closing skills
- Native-level English (verbal & written)
