We're looking for a dedicated
Customer Service Executive
to represent our brand and deliver exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you'll communicate primarily via phone and social media, ensuring every customer receives timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. You'll resolve issues, manage inquiries, and help create a positive experience that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone and social media with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve product or service concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Log all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.
