Job Description
Melior ITS is seeking a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as
Executive Liaison (Staff Officer
). The role involves managing incoming communications from the Owner, accurately noting down tasks and priorities, and effectively communicating them to the CEO for execution and taking follow-up. Additionally, the individual will serve as a Task Manager, ensuring follow-up, coordination, and smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for calls/messages from the Company Owner.
- Accurately note down instructions, tasks, and priorities shared by the Owner.
- Communicate tasks clearly and promptly to the CEO in Pakistan.
- Track, follow up, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain and update a structured task tracker/dashboard to monitor deadlines and deliverables.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance for smooth workflow.
- Provide scheduling support, including calendar and appointment management.
- Support operational management by acting as a Task Manager for internal projects.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or IT-related fields.
- 6 months - 1.5 years relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to clearly understand and communicate with Dutch-accented English speakers.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or Task Manager is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and task management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
