Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Female Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday — 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Range: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month
About the Role:
Sunday Bazar is seeking a Customer Support Executive (Female Preferred) to join our dynamic team. The candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Address and resolve complaints or queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and effective support.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Listing, Marketing, and Inventory to resolve concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Proactively reach out to customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Urdu (both spoken and written).
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, patience, and persuasive abilities.
- Gender Preference: Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
