The
BI Executive or Data & Reporting Assistant

will help the BI and Operations team by working on Excel files to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The role involves organizing raw data, cleaning and formatting files, and creating accurate
revenue, funding, and commission reports

for different downlines and partner agencies.

This is a hands-on role — perfect for someone who is good with numbers, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Excel.

  • Clean and organize data from multiple Excel files and folders.
  • Prepare
    funding, commission, and revenue reports
     for agencies and internal teams.
  • Combine and cross-check information from different data files to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain structured folders and report templates for each agency or period.
  • Highlight and correct any missing or mismatched data.
  • Support in creating weekly and monthly reporting packages.
  • Handle confidential business data responsibly.

Requirements / Skillset

  • Experience:
     No prior experience required, but basic knowledge of Excel is a must.
  • Education:
     No specific degree required — skill and reliability matter more.
  • Strong understanding of
    Microsoft Excel
     (formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting).
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail and a sense of accountability.
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data and repetitive tasks.

It will be a full time on site role for our office located in Civic Center, Phase 4, Bahria town, Rawalpindi.
