Job Summary

Drive global B2B sales for ABS International during night shifts. Acquire international clients, close high-value contracts, and earn uncapped commissions with top performers earning PKR 150,000+ monthly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales campaigns targeting B2B clients in USA
  • Negotiate and secure global SaaS and technology contracts
  • Exceed monthly sales targets with minimum 50+ weekly contacts
  • Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy with 3:1 volume ratio

Requirements

  • 1+ year international sales, BPO, or client acquisition experience
  • Professional English fluency at C1/C2 level (verbal and written)
  • Documented history of sales quota achievement
  • Monday to Saturday night shift availability (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
