We're looking for a
street-smart fresh graduate
who's hungry to learn, ready to hustle, and wants to grow fast in the world of startups. This role is all about
business development
— onboarding vendors, growing sales, and making sure our supply side (sports facilities) keeps expanding. Location: KARACHI, PAKISTAN

What You'll Do

  • Identify and onboard sports facilities (courts, grounds, arenas) to the On Spot platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Drive sales growth by expanding the supply side of our marketplace.
  • Support on-ground marketing, activations, and partnerships to bring in users.
  • Contribute to social media marketing ideas and execution.
  • Act like an owner: solve problems, create opportunities, and take full responsibility for results.

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduate (any discipline — your grit matters more than your degree).
  • Street smart and resourceful
    — you know how to open doors and make things happen.
  • Some connections in the sports community/facilities is a huge plus.
  • Tech-savvy and digitally comfortable; social media knowledge is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills, confident in the field, and ready to meet people.
  • "Can do" attitude with ownership mindset.
