Full-time / Commission-Based Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client base in the IT software and digital solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, networking, and sales skills — with a passion for identifying new business opportunities and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with our technical team to offer tailored software and web solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close new business contracts.
Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: MBA in Marketing or equivalent degree.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in IT, software, or web development).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, and other lead generation platforms is a plus.
Compensation:
Commission-Based: The candidate should be ready to work on a 10% commission of Net Profit per order.
