Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all site-based administrative activities.
  • Oversee office management, staff attendance, and timekeeping.
  • Ensure implementation of company policies, rules, and site regulations.
  • Manage site logistics, facilities, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain discipline, security, and safety protocols at the site.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for smooth operations.
  • Handle documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping related to site administration.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of site staff.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of assets, equipment, and inventory control.
  • Generate administrative and compliance reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration / Management or equivalent).
  • Must have prior experience in Army sector (retired JCOs / Officers preferred).
  • Proven experience in administration, security management, or site management roles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting.

Pay: Rs100, Rs120,000.00 per month
