Job Summary
ABS International seeks a YouTube Page Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive long-term growth of our YouTube channel during night shifts. This role requires expertise in content strategy, audience engagement, and YouTube algorithm optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars
- Coordinate video topics aligned with brand goals and audience interests
Video Publishing & Optimization
- Upload videos with optimized metadata including titles, descriptions, and tags
- Create SEO-optimized thumbnails to maximize click-through rates
- Implement advanced YouTube SEO strategies for maximum visibility
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to audience comments promptly
- Manage community posts and interactive polls
- Address negative and spam comments to maintain community standards
Analytics & Performance
- Analyze YouTube Analytics including watch time, CTR, and engagement metrics
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights
- Recommend data-driven improvements for channel growth
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with video editors, scriptwriters, and influencers
- Manage content deadlines and production schedules effectively
Monetization & Growth
- Oversee monetization strategies including ads and channel memberships
- Execute growth tactics through collaborations and YouTube Shorts
- Track and adapt to YouTube algorithm updates
Required Skills & Tools
- YouTube platform and algorithm expertise
- Video SEO and digital marketing knowledge
- Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Photoshop)
