Admin Manager

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Manager to join our team and provide direct assistance to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations and supporting management in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
- Oversee office administration, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage correspondence with all Sites.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-ups on assigned tasks.
- Supervise support staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Ex Pakistan Army/ Navy will be preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in administration/management role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
