We are seeking an experienced Online Bidding & Project Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in
freelance bidding, client acquisition, and proposal writing
for
Custom Software Development
and
CRM Solutions
. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client communications, and contributing to company growth through effective project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure project opportunities on
    Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer
    , and other freelance platforms.
  • Prepare persuasive, well-structured, and customized proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with potential clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and feasible proposal content.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, technologies, and bidding strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    Business Development, Freelance Bidding, or Online Sales
    .
  • Strong command of written and verbal
    English communication
    .
  • Excellent
    negotiation
    ,
    presentation
    , and
    relationship management
    skills.
  • Knowledge of
    software development technologies
    (Java, MERN, MEAN, PHP Laravel, etc.) and
    CRM systems
    (Salesforce, Odoo, GoHighLevel).
  • Hands-on experience with online marketplaces like
    Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
    (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team.
