The Role

We're looking for a
Head of Growth
who will own the entire growth engine at Uptime. This is not a traditional marketing role, this is about
experimentation, data, and building repeatable growth loops
. You'll lead growth strategy across fleets and drivers, run A/B tests at scale, manage funnel optimization, and own revenue-impacting metrics from acquisition through retention.

If you've ever thought of yourself as part product manager, part data scientist, part growth hacker — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize the full growth funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → referral → revenue.
  • Run rapid-fire experiments: landing pages, signup flows, pricing, onboarding, referral loops.
  • Drive
    driver acquisition strategy
    (FB/TikTok, referral, SEO, outbound) and
    fleet acquisition strategy
    (outbound automation, content, sales enablement).
  • Set up and maintain growth analytics stack (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, SQL dashboards).
  • Lead A/B testing frameworks across web, email, and (eventually) app store optimization.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to align growth with product roadmap and GTM.
  • Build, measure, and scale growth playbooks that turn into repeatable channels.
  • Report directly to the CEO with clear KPIs (CAC, LTV, MRR growth).

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8+ years experience in
    growth roles at high-growth startups
    (SaaS, marketplace, or consumer).
  • Proven track record of owning funnel experiments that moved core metrics.
  • Analytical mindset: comfort with SQL, dashboards, data modeling.
  • Experience running
    paid and organic acquisition campaigns
    across multiple channels.
  • Strong product instincts — you know when a test is worth running and when to pivot.
  • Gritty, hands-on, execution-first mindset. You're comfortable getting your hands dirty in ads dashboards, landing page builders, or analytics tools.
  • Bonus: experience in
    logistics, trucking, or recruiting SaaS
    .
