Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.

- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.

- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Employee Development and Training:

- Identify training needs within the organization and design relevant learning programs.

- Coordinate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Performance Management:

- Establish and manage a performance appraisal process, ensuring fair evaluations and feedback.

- Support managers in addressing performance-related issues and providing constructive guidance.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Nurture positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.

- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and events to foster a cohesive and motivated workforce.

HR Policies and Compliance:

- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and industry standards.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Benefits Administration:

- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.

- Serve as the point of contact for employees' benefits-related queries.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and key performance indicators.

- Generate regular HR reports to aid decision-making and strategy formulation.

Conflict Resolution:

- Address workplace conflicts and employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.

- Implement effective solutions to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the education or counseling sector.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
