Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recovery/collections preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve recovery targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping.
