Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, headhunting, screening, and selection.
  • Conduct salary negotiations and coordinate offer finalization with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and the complete employee life cycle.
  • Handle HR operations including contracts, letters, employee records, and HRIS updates.
  • Support business units with HR advisory on staffing, performance, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain smooth execution of day-to-day HR processes.
