Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven AI Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our AI and data-driven products. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to build impactful solutions, leveraging AI/ML to solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for AI/ML features and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design, build, and launch AI-powered products.

  • Drive iterative development through agile processes and continuous learning.
  • Ensure ethical considerations, biases, and risks of AI are identified and managed.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least 1 year focused on AI, ML, or data products.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML product lifecycle and core ML concepts.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable using data to make decisions (SQL, dashboards, analytics tools).
  • Experienced with agile development and managing iterative product releases.
  • Awareness of AI risks, fairness, and ethical considerations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferences:


• Technical background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.


• Experience with model monitoring, A/B testing, or experimentation platforms.


• Exposure to LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, or predictive analytics.


• Ability to prototype using no-code tools or basic scripting.
