Job Summary

Deliver premium customer support to global clients during night shifts from ABS International's Karachi office. Secured female transport service available near Block 13C for employee safety and convenience. Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve international customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Develop strong client relationships to enhance customer retention
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain 90%+ CRM documentation accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer cases and escalations

Requirements

  • 1+ year customer service experience (international clients preferred)
  • Professional English fluency: verbal and written (C1 level)
  • Availability for both night shift schedules
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or Zendesk ideal)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts

  • Base Salary: PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000 per month
