Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Ticketing Officer to join our team. As a Ticketing Officer, you'll be responsible for managing ticket bookings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have experience in ticketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:Manage ticket bookings and reservations.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of ticket transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and travel regulations.
GDS Certificate (mandatory)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Competitive salary (PKR 30,000/-)
