As a Ticketing Officer, you'll be responsible for managing ticket bookings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities:

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and travel regulations.

Requirements:

  1. GDS Certificate (mandatory)

  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills

  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  4. Attention to detail and accuracy
