Job Title: Fast Food, Pizza and Chinese Chef

Location: Cafe Little Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of fast food, Pizza and Chines items according to company recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is cooked and served to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assisting with stock control and ordering supplies when needed.
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of food quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with food prep, portioning, and garnishing when required.
  • Ensure that kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in related dishes
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and team-working skills.
  • Attention to detail and passion for food preparation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary training is a plus.
