Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, resolving issues related to loan applications, disbursements, repayments, or account status.

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, repayment reminders, and customer feedback collection.

Guide users through the mobile app and educate them on how to use the platform effectively.

Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and methods.

Handle complaints, provide timely solutions, and ensure follow-up for resolution.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM.

Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments (Tech, Recovery, Finance) as per SOPs.

Meet performance KPIs (call quality, average handling time, customer satisfaction).

Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines when handling customer information.

Requirements

Fresher to 1 year of experience in Loan Recovery Operations or Call Center.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Location: Islamabad (On-site)
