Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Support Executive (Non-Voice – Email) to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a call center environment and excellent written communication skills to handle customer queries through email in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints via email efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Adhere to company communication standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduation required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center (email/non-voice process).
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Shift: Flexible for all shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
