Job Description:

We are looking for fresh BSCS or BSIT graduates with excellent English communication skills to join our Tech Support team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients via email, chat, and calls.
  • Identify and resolve basic technical issues related to SaaS or web-based products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Document technical issues and report recurring problems for improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive client experience.

Requirements:

  • Fresh BS (Computer Science / Information Technology) graduate.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written) is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, software, or SaaS platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs55,000.00 per month
