Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at PurpleDesk in Lahore. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, troubleshooting, and handling customer service inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email channels to U.S. customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and with professionalism.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle high-pressure situations, including de-escalating frustrated customers by offering feasible solutions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or call center role with U.S. clients.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week with rotating night shifts (PST, MST, and CST).
  • Prior experience with online booking platforms would be a bonus
