Walee is a Walee is looking for a dynamic Front Office Assistant to join our team at Islamabad and serve as the welcoming face of our organization. Join our team and be the first point of contact for guests and clients, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our front office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
Handling general inquiries and providing basic information about the organization.
Managing the reception area to ensure a tidy and organized space.
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in relevant office administration.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a front office or reception role is a plus.
