We are looking for a full-time, hands-on business development professional to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and execute marketing strategies from scratch and drive measurable growth across different channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive branding and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage company profiles and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Oversee social media management, content creation, and audience engagement.

Drive lead generation campaigns (digital and offline) across multiple geographies.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis for Middle East, European, Canadian, and USA markets.

Collaborate with management to optimize campaigns and generate qualified leads.

Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.

Requirements
:

5–7 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, Finance, Accounting BPO, or IT services.

Strong understanding of international markets (Middle East, Europe, North America).

Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.

Hands-on expertise in branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and content strategy.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and Analytics will be a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
