Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and update fire safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
  • Conduct fire risk assessments, inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Design, install, test, commission, and maintain fire detection and protection systems (alarms, hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers, emergency exits).
  • Lead fire safety drills, awareness sessions, and manage Emergency Response Teams for preparedness.
  • Respond promptly to fire alarms and incidents, coordinating with local fire departments and authorities.
  • Maintain accurate fire safety documentation, compliance records, and support fire safety requirements in new projects and facility expansions.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Fire Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in fire safety management, preferably in industrial/manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of fire codes, standards, and emergency response practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly during emergencies.
