Head of Lead Generation Strategy

to design, lead, and scale innovative marketing strategies across multiple markets. This leadership role is ideal for a big-picture strategist who can architect growth frameworks, align cross-functional teams, and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the 
    strategic roadmap
     for lead generation across paid media, SEO, and marketing automation.
  • Set long-term 
    budget allocation, bidding frameworks, and growth priorities
     for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Lead the development of 
    SEO roadmaps
    , including technical SEO initiatives, content strategies, and authority-building programs.
  • Oversee 
    HubSpot CRM architecture
    , aligning automation, sales processes, and pipeline growth.
  • Significant experience working with
    WordPress
    backend.
  • Identify and integrate 
    AI-driven innovations
     into the lead generation strategy for future-proofing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance trends and present insights, forecasts, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with sales, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Act as a thought leader by staying ahead of 
    digital marketing and AI trends
     to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in 
    digital marketing strategy and B2B lead generation leadership
    .
  • Proven track record of scaling 
    paid media strategies
     across multiple markets.
  • Deep expertise in 
    SEO strategy development
     and cross-team implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency with 
    HubSpot CRM at a strategic/architectural level
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    AI-powered marketing strategy
     for predictive analytics, customer journey optimization, and personalization.
  • Strong executive communication, leadership, and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Ability to translate tactical execution into 
    long-term growth strategies
    .
