with a strong background in CRM development and day-to-day IT operations management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CRM systems under supervision of Director Business Effectiveness while ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related infrastructure and services within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Development:


• Design, develop, and implement customized CRM solutions to meet business requirements.


• Integrate CRM platforms with other internal systems and third-party applications.


• Analyze and optimize existing CRM processes to improve efficiency and user experience.


• Provide user training and support on CRM tools and updates.


• Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within the CRM.


• IT Operations Management.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in CRM development (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom-built CRMs).


• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations.


• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, databases, and cloud services.

Preferred Skills:


• Experience with API development and integrations.


• Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes.


• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
