
Key / Sale Account Manager

· Develop and maintain processes in the company.
· Organize, plan, lead and control the activities of business.
· Plan, organize, lead and control the activities of sales Process.
· To provide deep product and industry expertise to support the sales team as well as the clients (client visits, demonstrations, business cases, conventions).
· Update senior management on the status of on-going projects and process improvement activities, achievements and future plans.
· Update his/her backup about any related activities.
· Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures of the Microsoft and IBM Partner Community is a plus.
Technical skills:
· Good knowledge of different architectures and design strategies/ methodologies.
· Good knowledge of standardization process and different standards and models.
· Experienced in Customer Management and related activities.
· Experienced in task evaluation and division.
Management / Interpersonal Skills:
· Team management skills
· Leadership skills
· Good analytic and decision-making skills
· Good communication skills
· Good presentation skills
· Must have the focus, confidence and ability to drive the team.
Experience Required: At least 4 years of experience in a reputed IT organization.
