Key Account Manager/Technical Sales Manager will be offering Infrastructure IP SAN, Scale-out NAS, Virtualization, Hyper-converged solutions, Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions including Cloud Storage and backup solutions to C-level executives in the IT industry, mainly based in the US and Canada. The role requires excellent presentation skills, communication skills, product knowledge, strong selling and closing skills, and team leadership.

Requirements:

  • Engage in daily activities with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solutions teams, focusing on product offerings.
  • Present technical solutions professionally to new and existing customers.
  • Deliver technical presentations confidently in online sales meetings.
  • Build productive relationships internally and externally, keeping colleagues updated on product information.
  • Create compelling sales proposals with pricing and technical briefs.
  • Coordinate with customers for documentation, datasheets, catalogs, etc.
  • Follow up diligently with customers to close deals.
  • Have basic knowledge of computer hardware components.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Data Center solutions is advantageous.
  • Possess a sales-oriented attitude and expertise.
  • Be capable of selling IT products to clients in the US and Canada.
  • Understand and sell data center products, cloud solutions, and storage/back-up appliances.
  • Package and price services/products according to client needs.
  • Demonstrate experience in meeting sales targets.
  • Convert leads into opportunities and close deals.
  • Build a pipeline with quality leads.
  • Develop relationships with clients to gain their confidence.
  • Have an interest and understanding of IT industry and technology.
  • Experience selling to C and D-level executives.
  • Be curious about business operations and your contribution to organizational success.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented, team player attitude with a good sense of humor.
  • Be highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • B2B IT product sales experience in the US, Canada, and EU markets.
  • Strong selling, closing, presentation, technical, leadership, and team management skills.
